Wholly Macro, is actually our business name, Wholly, as in whole, unaltered, unprocessed foods. Macro as in Macrobiotics, a way of living in harmony with and with respect for, the physical, emotional, ecological, and spiritual aspects of our lives. Simply translated, Macrobiotics means “great life”.
Macrobiotics reacquaints us with the tradition of everyday eating, and in the use of whole natural foods, and the simple, traditional methods of preparing them, along with lifestyle adaptations to promote health and well being.
Food is the first step in the endless spiritual journey of our life. It creates our cells, which create our blood, our tissue, our organs, ourselves, our emotions, and our ability to combat illness and disease, and even more than that, our ability to feel strong, healthy, and vital, to be happy and peaceful, and to be clear minded.
