Your food will be prepared fresh the day on or before delivery. Boxes are shipped by a professional shipper. Your food will be fully refrigerated until just before shipping. Each container is sealed and wrapped in secure plastic bag, before being placed in sturdy, cardboard box with ice packs included.


Containers are not returnable.

Your food will be delivered between 1:00 and 6:00 PM. There is always the possiblity for unforseen problems on the road. If you do not receive your order by 5:00 PM, please leave a message for Wholly Macro via voice mail, to allow time for Wholly Macro to look into the situation. "Missing" or late deliveries must be brought to Wholly Macros attention by 5 PM, or we cannot assume responsibility for having them delivered that day. If you feel that the 5 PM deadline will be a problem, please call Wholly Macro for an alternative plan.

EATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Since you are unfamiliar with ordering our food, I wanted to send a few serving suggestions!

The soups can be eaten warm or hot, or even room temperture, just DO NOT BOIL them because of the delicate live enzymes in the miso. Don't eat them cold, even the gazpacho's.

The rice, any grain, pasta, and bean dishes, can also be eaten at room temperature. If you want to heat them, put the amount you want to eat in a flat frying pan, sprikjle it with some water or soup broth, just enough to moisten,and put it on a low heat and let it just steam and plump up from the small amount of moisture. If you'd like to heat faster, cover, but be careful not to overheat. ONLY HEAT THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO EAT!

Dishes like the fillo dishes, spring rolls, lasagne, etc. can be heated in the oven, but I prever to put them in a lightly oiled pan, and brown and crisp them on the stove, browning both sides of you'd like.

The greens, and most vegetable dishes, and dishes called "salads" are nice at room temp. but can be slightly steamed and warmed the same way as the rice. Just be careful not to overcook the vegatables, as they are cooked just right when you get them, and too much heat cause overcooking.

I don't think the desserts require any instruction! They look and taste decadent, but believe me, they are totally low fat and healthly, and actually have a lot of nutrient value. Most of them work perfectly as breakfast dishes too!

MOST IMPORTANTLY: NO MICROWAVES. DON'T EAT THE FOOD COLD! ALWAYS LET IT COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE EATING.
