Jaime Parra is an experienced natural foods chef and currently runs the Wholly Macro kitchen, preparing the delicious healing and culinary foods available for delivery from Wholly Macro food delivery and catering service. Jaime conducts the private and group cooking classes.
Jaime has been a state certified Hatha yoga instructor for the past 25 years, having taught at The Doral Saturnia, Fisher Island, Williams Island, Oceania and several other internationally known premier health spas. He has also taught private classes, which are uniquely modeled for individual needs.
Jaime is also a traditional oriental Shiatsu therapist and the inventor of the SpineAligner self massage tool, which he incorporates in to his Shiatsu sessions.
Jaime is bilingual, Spanish being his first language, making him a valuable asset to the Latin community.
