(fee based on a maximum of four different dishes no extra labor charge for additional quantities of same dish) 
Each Quart size container of food (up to four different dishes)..............................................................$  25.00
Each Additional different dish-Quart size container  ......................$25.00 Labor  and $25.00 each additional container
Delivery Fee...................................................................................................................................$  15.00

Cooking at your location (price does not include, travel time, shopping time or ingredients)...................................................................................................................$  50.00 per hour per chef
